A: Our annual output reaches 38,000 tons at the present stage. Once the second project finishes, the output can reach 80,000 tons.

A: We are a professional company of producing aluminum extrusion, mainly for architecture and many industrial fields. We can produce various size sections and surface treatments.

Q: How many tons have your maximum extrusion machine?

A: We have 3600 tons extrusion machine, special for larger-dimension and complex curtain wall project.

Q: What kind of international standard certifications have your company acquired?

A: We acquired ISO9001: 2000 quality certification, ISO14001: 2004 environmental management system, ISO10012: 2003 management system, and strictly implement on our production according this certification requirement.

A: We are pay most attention on our products quality, ensure our parts full satisfied to our customers, and our price is very completive on highest quality guarantee.

Q: Do your moulds make in-house or outside?

A: We have in-house mould workshop for all moulds making process, it guarantee our products quality and punctual delivery.

Q: Does your company have technique department and how many engineers?

A: Yes, we have a technique department, and 7 experience engineers, they are responsible for products development and technique supervision.

Q: What's your payments terms?

A: 30% as deposit by TT,70% with the B/L copy.

Q: How about your company controls products quality?

A: We have a quality department, and a team of experienced inspectors, and a various inspection facilities. Inspectors are strictly control produces quality; ensure conformed products stocked and delivered.

Q: How many days your moulds and production deadline?

A: Generally, we will finish 7 days for moulds, and will delivery container after 20-25 days of order confirmed date.

Q: What's your delivery time ?

A: About 20 days for 40 container.

Q: What's your minimum order?

A: 5 tons.

A: FOB Shenzhen Or Guangzhou.

Q: Can we do quality control by our team members on location before shipping?

A: Yes, We will also arrange the quality control by ourselves before shipping.
